Using Our Spritual Discernment

Lately, I've been thinking a lot about spiritual discernment, and how the lack of use of it is impairing us from seeing what is in front of our eyes.

"For it must needs be, that there is an opposition in all things." - 2 Nephi 1:81

Some people get mad at me for calling out the rulers of darkness of this world, and for speaking out about mind control. We are engaged in a warfare right now, as I'm writing this. It's a spiritual warfare, a war for our souls is being waged this moment. Read Ephesians 6. In Ephesians 6:11 & 12 it reads: "Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

I came upon this verse from the Doctrine and Covenenants the other day as I was reading to my children. It's section 10:6-7:
"And now, verily, verily I say unto thee, Put your trust in that Spirit which leadeth to do good; yea, to do justly, to walk humbly, to judge righteously, and this is my Spirit. Verily, verily I say unto you, I will impart unto you of my Spirit, which shall enlighten your mind, which shall fill your soul with joy, and then shall ye know, or by this shall ye know, all things whatsoever you desire of me, which is pertaining unto things of righteousness, in faith believing in me that you shall receive."

If we as a people would fast and pray, genuinely seeking God with faith, His Spirit will guide us.

And if we read 10:2c-3c He tells us:
"therefore, if you will ask of me, you shall receive; if you will knock, it shall be opened unto you. Now as you have asked, I say unto you, Keep my commandments, and seek to bring forth and establish the cause of my Zion. Seek not for riches, but for wisdom, and behold, the mysteries of God shall be unfolded unto you, and then shall you be made rich; behold, he that hath eternal life is rich."

In 2 Nephi 1:67, we are told, "And men are instructed sufficiently, that they know good from evil." The Holy Spirit will help us to know the difference between good and evil.

And in 1 John 4:1-3 it says, "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they be of God; because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God; Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God; And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God; and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now it is already in the world."

1 John 5:6-8 speak of the Holy Ghost: "This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood; and these three agree in one."

I urge you if you don't believe anything about the New World Order, or that it will soon be here, to pray and ask God about it. I believe our time is running out. This is a probationary state that we live in, a time to prepare to meet God. We are admonished in 2 Nephi 15:11 & 12: "For if ye would hearken unto the spirit which teacheth a man to pray, ye would know that ye must pray: for the evil spirit teacheth not a man to pray, but teacheth him that he must not pray. But behold I say unto you, that ye must pray always, and not faint:" We need to be on the lookout for the coming of the antichrist, so that we won't be deceived. All of this stuff; the mind control, the Illuminati, the politicians, the Freemasons and other secret societies; they are all part of the bigger picture. A lot of people are afraid. But the Lord tells us in Isaiah 41:10 & 13: "Fear thou not; for I am with thee; be not dismayed; for I am thy God; I will strengthen thee;...For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee."

In conclusion:

Matthew 10:14- "Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves; be ye therefore wise servants, and as harmless as doves." We need to research these things, so we will be prepared for what's to come; so we won't be deceived. As Fritz Springmeier wrote in one of his books, we need to study our opponent. If you're playing a sport, say football, wouldn't it be wise to study the opposing team? Be ready for everything they're going to throw at you? We need to do the same. Like I said before, our time is running out. We need to prepare spiritually, mentally, and physically the best we can before it's too late. And we need to warn others and seek God.
